Course Description

This interactive online workshop introduces self-compassion as a powerful, evidence-based approach to supporting mental health, especially during key life transitions such as starting university or entering the workforce. Drawing on the work of Dr. Kristin Neff and the Mindful Self-Compassion program, participants will explore how treating oneself with kindness, recognizing shared humanity, and mindfully embracing difficult emotions can reduce stress, boost resilience, and enhance overall well-being. Dr. Sanne Peeters (Tilburg University) is a motivated and goal-oriented psychologist with over ten years of experience in teaching, research, and applying positive psychology in both clinical and non-clinical contexts.
