Course Description
Modern global challenges give rise to three sets of fundamental questions that are of concern to international lawyers: This course explores the question whether existing international law sufficiently addresses particular challenges as demonstrated through case studies, how the nature of international law facilitates and limits its ability to address wicked problems, and how international laws do and should interact with one another in a particular situation. Motivation letter required. Admission subject to approval by course coordinator.
