Commercial law occupies a cornerstone in globalization. A vast part of the economy depends on international commercial transactions, taking place in a globalized market. Based on the organizational law taught in the preceding Corporate / Business Law, this course broadens the picture by moving the focus beyond the margins of a business organization and offering an in-depth introduction to the regulation of international commercial transactions.
