Course Details

This courses focuses on three different private international law questions:<br>- international jurisdiction<br>- applicable law<br>- recognition and enforcement of judgments<br><br>Furthermore, these three private international law questions will be analysed with respect to a variety of private law topics, including but not limited to contract law, tort law and family law. The course is aimed at providing students with both a theoretical and practical knowledge of the rules in this field.
