Course Description

Do you encounter challenging conversations in your PhD track? In this 2-day training course, you will learn to deal better with challenging conversations at work. You will practice communicating more confidently and respectfully about your opinions, about your needs, wishes and boundaries, as well as giving and receiving constructive feedback.
