Course Description

Digital transformation can greatly improve the way companies are creating and capturing value including the way they develop new products and services. This course introduces the multi-sided platform business model and the importance of platform orchestration and governance strategies. Note: This course is also part of the ENGAGE.EU Joint Certificate Program on Digital Transformation and runs in a condensed formation Fridays and Saturdays, 24 + 25 January and 31 January + 1 February 2025.
